Greek Fir or Grecian Fir was important commodity in years past for wood production in construction, but today is a rare tree in its native environment. It has great ornamental value in the horticultural trade. Protect from late spring freezes as it can cause frost damage, it is one of the first evergreen conifers to leaf out in spring.
