    Sizes of Trees were sent according to years of growth as requested. Received trees promptly, packaged well, and undamaged. Very pleased with Kigi nursery.

    The plant was in great condition. The root ball was wrapped in plastic film but had no other container around it. I was disappointed that after my order was placed and my money paid that I heard nothing about shipping. I finally contacted Kigi by email after waiting a week or 10 days. I did get a prompt email reply then that the plant was delayed for shipping because they had a cold snap. Would have been nice for them to have notified me, instead of my having to contact them!
