This tree arrived in a timely fashion and was extremely healthy. The packaging, especially the root ball, was done so that no damage of any kind was observed. This was the second tree that I purchased from Kigi Nursery, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the plants and the efficiency of ordering and delivery.

Beautiful tree, well packed and in good condition after traveling from OR to NJ. I do wish it had come with support/care instructions. I looked them up online but would expect customer service to think of something like that.
