Acer palmatum x circinatum 'Herbstfeuer' A cross from Germany of Acer palmatum X Acer circinatum. Palmatum 5 lobed leaves but fat with disk like leaves. Stems are purple red. The name in translation means 'Autumn Fire'. Excellent fall color, nice hardy tree.

    “Herstfeuer” maple

    Arrived in good condition. Repotted for the winter and will,grow on for a year or two to develop enough to go play with the big boys. Great leaf shape.

    The tree arrived in good condition. It was small, but my experience with Kigi maples is that they are very vigorous and easy to establish despite their size relative to maples from other nurseries. The four star rating reflects the fact that the tree has not leafed out yet so I can only comment on its status so far.

    Item well shipped and received in good shape. I planted this small tree into a planter with fresh top soil, and placed in the house. Plant is doing well.
