The baby tree arrived packaged nicely in a box with my other items. The rootball was damp and wrapped in plastic and there was a bamboo stake to help the tree keep its shape. Taking off one star because I never actually heard from Kigi after my order was placed about some questions I had.
Lightning fast shipping( I think 4 days total) Tree was packed very well and wasn’t over the top. Very happy tree with a low and discreet graft union
Cedar came in a sturdy box with moist soil despite multiple days of shipping. Quite a bit of cedar needles in the bottom of the box, but hard to say whether thats fault of growth or of USPS throwing package around. Only reason for 4 stars is the plant did not come in a small pot. Was in a plastic bag wrap. This means you must plant it immediately after opening.
Plant arrived promptly and in good condition. A little smaller than I was expecting for a two to three year old tree.
