Lovely little dwarf spruce arrived in great condition. Easy to plant. Looking forward to the little red cones.
The plants arrived in great condition. They are semi-bare root but transplanted easily and look great at 1 month. The issue is the size. I paid an upgrade charge of $50 each for 2-3 year plants. The plants that arrived are 6 inches tall and clearly first year growth. I called to request a return on the upcharge and was told that the shipment was correct and no refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Both plants arrived in great shape. They are just as described and absolutely adorable! I have only had then for about a week, but given the great shape they arrived in, I expect to have them for years to come.
