Pinus contorta 'Chief Joseph' A dwarf conical golden Lodgepole or Shore Pine, found in the Wallowa Mts. tree has rich green needles in summer. Starting in October the green turns brilliant gold. Winter color this is absolutly amazing!

    I received this tree about two weeks ago and immediately planted it. I really liked the shape and overall condition of the tree. I look forward to enjoying the slow growth of this particular pine. It is a special pine that could be welcome in any size yard.

    I can talk as pleasantly surprised by his girth. Other online trees I ordered were puny branches. He hasn’t grown but I’m confident he’ll flourish!
