    My order was responded to in 24-48 hours, and shipping took 48 hours. It was quick and efficient. The young tree looks rock solid. I can tell you this, unlike some growers who subject a tree like this to very potbound conditions, this one is not like that at all, and so I feel the long term potential is really good (no snarled root ball).
