Too soon to know for sure

Posted by Unknown on 18th Jun 2021

I purchased this little graft and it arrived quickly and looks healthy. It arrived in a non-potted state and, after repotting, appears to be adapting. It is showing signs of varigating so the grafted stock appears to be true. Some people complained about receiving a grafted maple but this seems to be common and I anticipate that I'll be able to remove the graft support next year. Small, young maples demand patience. I'll review this again later when I am sure it has settled in and is thriving.
