Acer palmatum 'Sir Damon' Coral Bark Japanese Maple a new cultivar selection with much brighter red new growth and much deeper red older growth than the typical "coral bark" Japanese maple which is typically more "coral" in color.  The green leaves of this deciduous tree provide a nice contrast with the truly red bark in the spring and summer. In the fall, a striking bright yellow. Prefers organic rich well drained soil and filtered or partial sunlight.
